  3. ​OK R&P Updates
    1. Award Updates: 
      1. Level 1-10 and XCEL Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire Invitationals: 
        1. All-Around awards given to every participant - medal or trophy
        2. Minimum of 3 places  on each event per age group - ribbon or medal
      2. Levels 8, 9, and 10 and XCEL Diamond, Sapphire Optional State Championships:
        1. All-Around awards given to every participant
        2. 100% of the participants are presented with awards from each age group on each event
    2. Earlier Deadline for State Entries
    3. Individual Event Specialist Qualifying Score lowered to 8.7 
    4. Competition event draw will be occurring in advance for both state meets. 
    5. Athletes transferring gyms before state will not count for team scores if the move occurs less than 1 month before state.
    6. Program of the Year Updates
      1. Points for POY only earned if there are 12 counting scores - 3 on each event
      2. New category included for POY - taken from the Regional Program of the Year:
        1. “The cultural and philosophical make-up of the program: Does the program promote the philosophical and behavioral standards expected of USA Gymnastics participants? Is the program a positive influence in the Oklahoma gymnastics community?” 
      3. If needed, a tie break goes to the team with the most 1st place finishes, then the most 2nd place finishes, etc. 
      4. POY winner will be notified by the SACC and SAC
    7. Banners at State Championships for graduating seniors
    8. Late fees for gyms that do not get regional entries in on time
    9. Paying for athletes to go to Westerns/DP Nationals​
  4. ​State Meets
    1. ​Compulsory State with Bronze/Silver/Gold
    2. Optional State with Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire
    3. 4 judge panel for Optional State and 2 judge panel for Compulsory State 
  5. ​Judging Items
    1. ​2 clinics - 1 in OKC and 1 in Tulsa
    2. Individual rooms for judges at invitationals
    3. Suggested for gyms to only request 6 judges for invitationals so that newer judges can gain experience.
