- SAC Committee reduced to 5 members moving forward
- Staggered elections moving forward - details to be discussed later
- Vote passed to only allow members to hold one elected position moving forward
- Vote passed that SAC members must participate actively in the USAG program to be eligible for committee
- Finance update and discussion

- Vote passed to keep meet tax the same for 2026

- Level 2/Bronze Entry price - vote passed to increase to $55
- Mandatory Awards at invitationals - voted to keep the same
- Mandatory Awards at State Championships
- Vote passed to increase awards for XCEL Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire.
- Awards will be given all the way out on every event and all-around.
- Vote passed to increase awards for XCEL Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire.
- Senior banners at State Championships
- Voted not to include senior banners from SAC
- Encourage State hosting gyms to offer senior banner option
- Program of the Year
- Voted to add statement that to earn points during State team competition, a competing team must have twelve counting scores "of at least a 1.0", three on each event.
- Create XCEL Program of the Year, separate from DP Program of the Year
- Use the same parameters implemented for DP Program of the year as listed in the OK R&P
- Add a clause to both Program of the Year rules that includes having all fees paid as part of the professionalism component
- IES for DP and XCEL
- Voted passed to allow an IES at any level
- IES Qualifying Score - voted to keep the same for both DP and XCEL
- Region 3 Items
- State pays partial for XCEL regionals - vote did not pass
- Vote passed to implement late fees for gyms that submit regional fees late - $50/kid with a max of $200
- Vote passed to pay entries for athletes to attend Westerns and DP Nationals in 2026
- Vote passed to split the cost of a single hotel room for an OK judge traveling to Western Nationals or DP Nationals.
- Judge will need to submit receipts. Reimbursement must be of a reasonable nature.
- Vote passed that OK SAC will pay for the L6 All-Star leotard and t-shirt for all athletes and coaches
- Dress Code
- Coaches now allowed hats at invitationals, shorts must be of a reasonable length.
- SAC members must abide by the dress code at meets where they are volunteering
- Vote passed to include dress code as part of the Professionalism category of POY
- Outstanding balances
- Vote passed to not allow a gym to attend the All-State Banquet if they have an outstanding balance to the State
- OK State Championships
- 2026 Compulsory/XCEL Bronze, Silver, Gold host is JT Gymnastics
- Vote passed for a 2 judge panel and walking Meet Referee
- 2026 Optional/XCEL Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire is Bartlesville Gymnastics
- Vote passed for a 2 judge panel and walking Meet Referee
- Vote passed to make the Sunday before the OK State Championships the deadline for sanctioning a meet to qualify an athlete to State.
- Draw in advance for the State Meets
- Voted to draw in advance for Optional/XCEL P/D/Sa in 2026
- Voted not to draw in advance for Compulsory/XCEL B/S/G in 2026
- Subject to change in the future if needed and will make this clearer to coaches moving forward.
- Kids moving teams before State - voted must be 1 month in advance for scores to count for State
- Vote passed that a host gym must have hosted a minimum of 2 meets inside the same venue before hosting a State Championships
- Vote did not pass that judges needed to judge a minimum number of meets before State
- Vote passed to increase the host fee for State to $3000 if hosting inside a gym and $5000 if hosting in an outside venue
- Vote passed to increase the State Championship entry fee to $100 for Compulsory/XCEL Bronze, Silver, Gold
- Vote passed to increase the State Championships entry fee to $115 for Optional/XCEL Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire
- Vote passed to leave the late fee for State entries the same
- Vote passed to split age groups in half for levels needing multiple sessions in 2026 to increase fairness
- For example, if there are two L7 sessions, half of the younger age groups will go with half of the older age groups in session 1 with the other half of each competing in session 2.
- Will advertise in advance for coaches to be prepared for bar settings and other potential barriers
- Vote passed that no specific seating is required to host State
- Vote did not pass to give an award to athletes scoring a perfect 10 at State
- Vote did not pass to hand out Regional Qualifier medals at State for 2026
- Vote passed to use electronic system for State entries in 2026. All fees to be paid electronically. Late fees still paid via check.

- Vote did not pass for yard signs for All-State Athletes
- Vote passed to keep the banquet ticket price at $45
- All special awards for the All-State Banquet were voted on
- Vote passed to cover hotel rooms for traveling SAC members for 2026
- Vote did not pass to alternate cities for the All-State Banquet moving forward
- State Meeting
- 4:00pm at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Norman
- One representative per club must be present to gather information and collect t-shirts, wristbands

- Assign duties to SAC members for All-State Banquet, State Meeting, and the 2026 State Championships
