Oklahoma NAWGJ SGB Minutes Meeting 10/16/2022

Agenda

1. Zoo Review
   1.  Currently 489 athletes
   2. 2 sessions Friday, 4 Saturday, 2 Sunday
      1. Sunday sessions are huge
   3. Everyone is in favor of using the rest of the gifts from last year. 
      1. Charm bracelets for L6-7 with bags of candy. 
      2. Stuffed animals for every other session. No carnations.
         1. Teresa will order more stuffed animals tomorrow to make up the difference between what we have and what we need. 
   4. Jeana will send out list of responsibilities for board members soon.
   5. Awards: 
      1. USA DP Awards are done
         1. 10 athletes max in an age group
      2. AAU Awards are in progress
   6. Scorecards: 
      1. Dicki will print these with Teresa's help
   7. Judge's Cup 
      1. We still need to give Alpha the Zoo Review stipends.
      2. $250 stipend per athlete including the alternate will be given.
      3. Coach of the winning athlete will have expenses covered up to $750.
      4. All traveling coaches of Judge's Cup athletes will receive the Judge's Cup shirt.
      5. Julie, Jeana, Teresa are going to volunteer for OK.

   1. Half of our judges have tested.
   2. 6 testing next weekend
   3. 6-8 testing in November
   4. 2-3 testing in December 
4. Buddy Groups
   1. Next email sent beginning of December, after the first weekend. Will be a request for feedback and a reminder to meet again.
5. Next Meeting 
   1.   December 6 at 6:15pm on Zoom.
