State Administrative Committee Meeting 1/13/2022 at 7:30pm

Agenda: 

1. Discussed State Meet Judging Panels
2. Discussed concerns brought up by USAG on recent Region 3 conference call about Oklahoma athlete numbers - USAG vs. AAU. Agreed our goal is to have as many gymnasts enjoy our sport as possible and for individual programs to run their gyms in a manner that best suits their community, while still continuing to promote USAG participation.
3. Discussed recent negative social media posts by USAG members and the impact such posts have on Oklahoma gymnastics. We want to have a positive and supportive gymnastics community and to encourage members and associates (coaches, owners, parents) to settle differences in a private manner.
4. Determined content of upcoming email to be sent to gyms.

Karis called the meeting to an end at 9:00pm.
