1. Positions -
   
   1. Assigning - Brittani Leissner with Betty Ponder
      
      1. Brittani with full access and sending out contracts - but work together on actual assignments
         
      2. Debating on also utilizing this committee to decide who stays/goes
         
   2. Finances - Joanie with Erin
      
   3. Zoo & Judges Cup - Kelly with Leissner
      
   4. Ethics - Betty with Joanie
      
   5. Education - Erin with everyone
      
      1. Newsletter - Kelly, Betty and Teresa want to help out
         
      2. Betty also with Buddy Groups
         
      3. Joanie with new judges
         
      4. Leissner with clinics
         
   6. Hospitality - Kelly, Erin, Leissner - only if we host anything
      
   7. Secretary/Minutes - Erin
      
      1. Alicia Toy will continue with webmaster - all notes and newsletters go to her
         
2. Zoo Review
   
   1. Deadline August 15. Waiting to see who bids.
      
   2. Need ideas to increase participation at Zoo Review
      
   3. Signupgenius for judges at Zoo
      
   4. National Office has said we can start lining out how much money each judge gets per session volunteered at Zoo*
      
      1. In OK, if you show up to volunteer at Zoo your NAWGJ Membership is paid for (next meeting agenda item)*
         
3. Budget
   
   1. Goal: 4-year plan, to be able to do more for the next Symposium and testing cycle
      
   2. Education -
      
      1. Proposed minimum $250 per judge per year to cover yearly expenses
         
      2. New Judges Initiative
         
         1. Will vote next meeting on benefits
            
      3. Clinic - $1100 budgeted
         
         1. Bringing in a clinician - mileage, hourly rate, hotel, per diem
            
         2. Location: Belle Isle Metropolitan Library on NW Expressway at 9 am
            
         3. SJD info, 2-3 hours with Jennifer, testing
            
4. Testing
   
   1. First test: Sept 9 at meeting
      
   2. Second test: Oct. 28 at Zoo, hopefully
      
   3. At least one more before end of the year depending on who needs it
      
5. Financial report due August 20. Goal August 15.
