NAWGJ State Committee Meeting - Oct. 6, 7 pm

1. Monohan books are in. Will bring to zoo review. 
2. Zoo Review
   1. 311 AAU entries
   2. 108 for USAG entries,
   3. Zoo Awards - Alissa is working with Kelly. Trying to use up the inventory we have 
   4. Zoo Gifts - Event pins are in. Tattoos, keychains, and flowers have been mentioned. Larger pin option prices discussed for a ‘Zoo 2023’ commemorative pin. 
   5. 1-½” Commemorative Pin as gift. Tattoos as a ‘fun booster’ - All voted yes. 
      
3. National Judges Cup
   
   1. Sending Kelly as a representative. 
      
   2. Shaw will go as well.
      
   3. $75 as a per diem per day. All voted yes. 
      
4. Newsletter question of the month
   
   1. Who do you contact if you cannot make an assignment that you’ve already agreed to? 
      • R&P - judge is obligated to contact the assigner to find out who is available to take their place. . 
      • Judges must contact Brittani Leissner and the meet ref at the same time to find a replacement.
