1. Confidentiality Agreements
2. Reappoint the appointed SAC Members
3. Review Minutes from last meeting
4. OK Rules and Policies Updates
   1. Go through website by rule and make changes as needed
   2. Gold judges -  single panel for invitationals allowed, must have double panel to qualify to state 
   3. Minimum awards for Compulsory invitationals
   4. Scores to qualify for the State meet at each level
   5. Scores at USAG Level 2
   6. Maximum entry fees for Level 2, Bronze
   7. Maximum number of 10 kids in age division at State meets
   8. State Awards for Compulsory, Bronze - no ribbons, yes medals 
   9. Open Scoring at XCEL
   10. XCEL All-State Qualifications, specifically for Bronze, Silver, Gold
   11. Program of the Year Point Allotments for the future
       1. Postponed for a later meeting. Christian reaching out for feedback from other states.
5. Financials
   1. Karis researching meet tax results from last year.
6. Requests from the NAWGJ Board
7. Scholarship Program

8. Minimum number of meets inside OK to qualify for state

   1. Vote on Bid Forms
      1. Optional/Platinum/Diamond - Bartlesville
      2. Compulsory/Bronze/Silver/Gold - Bounce
   2. Number of judges per state meet
      1. 2 judge panels for each, affiliated judges allowed, out of state judges not necessary.
