  1. Athlete Senior Gifts Discussion
    1. 23 seniors - rounding to 25 to be safe
    2. Vote to add blanket to the bracelets we already have and order 15 more bracelets for the sale price.
    3. Teresa picked up remaining bracelets from Erin.
    4. Under budget.
  2. Judge's Cup Finances
    1. Checks are all done.
    2. Receipts are all done.
  3. Zoo Review Awards 
    1. Purchased. Enough for next two years. 
    2. Under budget. 
  4. Finances 
    1. Quarterly Report due on 2/20.
    2. Jeana will take care of it sometime between 2/15 and 2/20.
  5. March Newsletter
    1. How are we paying for Region 3 Congress for new judges.
      1. Proposed to set parameters for paying entry fees.
      2. Jeana looking up the rule with National Office to see what we are allowed to do.

      1. Propose an interactive zoom call in February to practice consistency.

      1. Add info to March newsletter.

      1. Discuss with judges what is appropriate to write down and the parameters for doing so. 
      2. Plan a summer get together to talk about the fees and parameters of being a Meet Referee. 
      3. Add meal conversation to the OK State Meeting. 
      4. Jeana will put out a post on coaches and owners text thread about meals (specifically breakfast).
  6. State Meets
    1. Judges gifts - starbucks cards.
    2. Only for the 6 out-of-state judges.
  7. Policies to request the SAC board to discuss: 
    1. Awards for Level 3
    2. Scoring for USAG level 2
    3. Number of XCel Gold Judges
  8. NJC
    1. Jeana calling to see how far out they are scheduled. 
    2. Potentially submitting a bid for hosting NJC in the coming years.
