Oklahoma NAWGJ SGB Minutes Meeting 6/10/2022

1. Judges Meeting/Clinic for next season
   1. 2 names were suggested as clinicians - Jeana will ask them both if they are available. 
   2. No sanction needed - Jeana will contact Connie for CPE credit
   3. Host - Moore/Norman VoTech Conference Center - on Penn 
      1. Jeana will secure room for us.
   4. Catered lunch - 30 people.
2. Buddy Groups
   1. Groups of 3-4 selected
   2. Alicia will send email with buddy groups and parameters.
3. July Newsletter
   1. Include info about NGA membership for Maggie Meet in late January
      1. Don't do NGA membership until after August 1st or it won't be good for season.
      2. $35 fee to enter NGA
      3. Jeana will send email to judges about this as well. 
4. Zoo Review
   1. October 28-30 weekend confirmed.
   2. Alicia sent email about the bid forms.
   3. 2 bids so far.
   4. Suggested to add $200 to host gym for food for judges. Tabled until the next meeting. 
5. OK NAWGJ Operating Code
   1. Discuss things to be in the Operating code.
   2. Suggested topics: annual meeting, dress code, finances, Zoo Review, Judges Cup.

   1.   July 19 at 6:15pm on Zoom.
