1. Zoo Review
   1. Teresa getting with Karis to create flyer
   2. All judges wearing Zoo/Happy Halloween attire
2. Judges Meeting/Clinic for next season
   1. No sanction needed - Jeana will contact Connie for CPE credit  
      1. No word yet on this 
   2. Jeana secured room at Moore/Norman VoTech Conference Center - on Penn 
   3. Clinic: 
      1. First 30 minutes - DP Changes - Liz and Teresa
         1. Liz will print the forms given to us at National Course to distribute.
      2. Next 30 minutes - XCEL Changes - Julie and Jeana
         1. Will cover Sapphire as well
      3. Next 40ish minutes - 6/7 Vault - Brittney and Alicia
      4. Final 20ish minutes - First meeting with Buddy Groups
   4. They will have a computer in the room. Email yourself the presentation or bring a flash drive. Computer is hooked to a big screen
   5. Testing 
      1. Can everyone test at the same time? 
         1. Jeana is looking into this and will get back to us
   6. Annual Judges Meeting: 
      1. Everyone has updated profile

         2. Make sure affiliations are listed

      3. Plans for the coming year

         1. Jeana will provide info for how to do so
3. Buddy Groups
   1. Alicia will send email about first meeting with buddy groups at the September Clinic.
4. Judging Materials:
   1. Up to the individual to order new judges materials

   1.   October 16 at 6:15pm on Zoom.
