Oklahoma NAWGJ SGB Minutes Meeting on 9/5/2021

1. Compulsory Clinic on 9/18/2021
   1. No more Eric Pung
   2. Will use EGA kids for demonstrations. 
      1. Any level, roughly 10 kids 
   3. Starting 10:30am, Ending at 3:30pm
   4. Starting with the General Judges Meeting 10:30 am - 12:00pm
      1. Jeana - 5 min. welcome and intros
      2. Board members highlight who they are and their roles for 5 min. each
      3. Alicia - 10 min. section on Meet Ref things
      4. Julie/Liz/Alicia/Teresa - 20 min. for Zoo Review and Mentoring Program
         1. Highlight expectations for judges during zoo review
      5. Liz/Jeana 10 min. section on assigning
      6. Jeana 10 min. section on financials
      7. Jeana 10 min. forms and paperwork
   5. From 12:00pm-12:30pm:  General deductions and highlight changes
      1. Jeana does all general deductions.
   6. 12:30pm-1:30pm - lunch break. Working lunch for the NAWGJ Board.
   7. 1:30pm-3:30pm for events - 30 minutes each:
      1. Liz is the back up for each event.
      2. Vault - Brittney
      3. Bars - Alicia
      4. Beam - Julie
      5. Floor - Teresa 
      6. Check for big updates in optional/XCEL levels, but focus on compulsory changes.
2. Baby Shower
   1. Brittney is arranging things.
   2. Liz has ordered items.
3. Zoo Review
   1. Discussion tabled for the working lunch during the Compulsory Clinic from 12:30-1:30pm.
   2. Teresa working on Zoo Review gymnast gifts. Suggested mini teddy bears.
   3. Julie working on judges gifts. 
   4. Brittney/Liz will coordinate for constructing gifts.
